When will my order ship? How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. We are working to get your order out as quickly as possible. Our current estimate is that your order will ship 5-10 business days after order confirmation.
What is the Status of my order?

My order says delivered, but I do not have it.
Firstly - Check that the shipping address that you input matches your correct address.
Secondly - Check with neighbors to make sure that they did not receive it by mistake. Sometimes packages are marked delivered before they arrive, so give it a day or two for it to arrive...
If you still have not received it - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org while we are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, we will do our best to help track down the package.

How Long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Our returns team is located on the West Coast so please allow 7-14 business days to get your refund / exchange back to you.
We are committed to the highest quality products. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we will replace it! All replacements are at the discretion of our team.

Where do you make your clothing?
We currently produce our clothing locally in Los Angeles as well as globally using partners who adhere to the highest quality standards as well as materials.
Does Advanced Lifestyle ship to PO Boxes?
We are not shipping to PO boxes currently.
