Advanced Lifestyle has a 30-day return policy subject to the terms and conditions below, which are Additional Terms to our Terms of Service. Some items may have additional or different return terms and conditions noted where the item is listed for sale or disclosed as part of the sales transaction.
To be eligible for a refund you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received them. All returned products must be unworn, unused and with all tags and original packaging. Advanced Lifestyle reserves the right to reject any return for quality conditions or otherwise.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first receiving confirmation from Advanced Lifestyles will not be refunded.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE Certain types of items cannot be returned; we will not accept items that did not originate from our Advancedlifestyle.com e-com store. This may include but not limited to perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES In order to expedite the return process Advanced Lifestyles does not offer product exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you would like.
REFUNDS We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
